As a leader of a social enterprise company, there were great opportunities to talk to communities about how for-profit companies can make a social impact in a variety of ways. With our company’s cause being fighting human trafficking, part of our mission was educating people about exploitation. I became well-versed in the topic and was able to help educate and motivate groups.
